Auction 2025 Volunteers

 

We are so delighted to host our community at this year's auction gala! We are looking forward to an evening of celebration and support for our children, their schools, and each other. 

 

And we need your help to do it!

 

Contribute the precious resource of time and sign up for one of the opportunities below.

 You don't need to attend the event to volunteer. This year we will have a volunteer break-out room for volunteers to hang out in during the dinner hour if they are not ticket purchasers.

In fact, if you can't attend, this is a great way to make a difference and spend time with fellow caregivers and community members.

Event Welcome

We are looking for 5 volunteers to assist our Event Savvy staff with registering all our guests as they enter.


Greeting & Registration
Greet our guests and help sign them in for the evening's festivities. Hand out bid cards, bracelets and programs.

At the Event

Help get the evening kicked off with selling 2 of our hottest sellers: the Golden Ticket and our raffle.


Golden Ticket & Heads-or-Tails Sales
Help sell some of our hottest commodities - The Golden Ticket & Heads-or-Tails tickets. Sales volunteers will walk around asking guests if they'd like to buy-in to either item. The Golden Ticket is for a choice of winning 1 of the Live Auction items and the Heads-or-Tails is for a luxury vacation rental. 2 shifts available. After shifts volunteers will deliver their bid sheets to registration table for Event Savvy personnel to enter numbers into system and create tickets to pull.
First Shift (5:15-6:00pm)
2 total opportunity slots.

Post-Event

Break-down and Clean Up (10-11pm)
And that's a wrap! Be part of the team clearing us out of building and making sure nothing gets left behind. The more volunteers, the faster we leave! Event ends at 10pm but we could start clean-up sooner.
