As announced last week, we’re introducing Harvest of the Month tastings at lunch over the next few months. The first is next Wednesday, March 15, when all kids will get to try Rosemary Potato Jojos. Ingredients include organic Klamath Pearl potatoes, olive oil, rosemary and sea salt. If your student is allergic to anything in the dish, please email Jessica Green and Principal Tobin, who will make sure they do not take a sample.
